GSA Sports Life (“GSA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of all users, and especially the privacy of minor athletes. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the GSA Sports Life mobile application and website (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including features used, screens viewed, and session duration.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version used to access the Service.
• Log Data: Standard server logs that may include your IP address, request timestamps, and error reports. This information is used for security, debugging, and service improvement.
• Push Notification Token:If you enable push notifications, your device's notification token is collected to deliver in-app notifications to you.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Display your profile and content to other users
• Enable social and recruiting features between athletes, coaches, scouts, and fans
• Enable teams to manage rosters and games
• Support coach verification and guardian oversight features
• Moderate content and enforce our Community Guidelines
• Respond to your support requests
• Send service-related communications such as security alerts or account notices
• Analyze aggregate usage to understand how the Service is used and to improve it

We do not use your personal information for third-party advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

GSA Sports Life is designed to connect athletes, coaches, scouts, trainers, teams, parents, and fans within a sports community. Public profile information — such as your name, sport, school, position, and highlights you post — may be visible to other registered users including coaches and scouts.

You control what information appears on your profile. We strongly encourage athletes and parents to review profile visibility settings and share only the information they are comfortable making available within the community.

GSA Sports Life does not guarantee any specific outcome from profile visibility, including but not limited to recruitment, scholarship offers, or contact from any college, university, or professional organization.

GSA Sports Life is built for K-12 athletes, which includes users who may be minors. We take the privacy and safety of minor users extremely seriously.

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
• Guardian permission features allow parents and guardians to maintain oversight of an athlete's account and activity.
• If a parent or guardian believes their child under 13 has created an account without consent, please contact us immediately at the email below and we will promptly delete the account and associated data.
• We encourage parents to be actively involved in their child's use of the platform.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure database configurations, and access controls.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. We encourage users to use strong, unique passwords and to contact us immediately if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.

We retain account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you permanently delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by applicable law or for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention or legal compliance.

Some content you have posted (such as comments on others' posts) may remain in an anonymized or aggregated form after account deletion.

You can permanently delete your GSA Sports Life account at any time from inside the mobile app:

You will receive a confirmation warning before deletion is processed. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you cannot access the app to delete your account, contact us at the email below and we will assist you. See also our Account Deletion page.

GSA Sports Life serves K-12 athletes, including users who may be under 13 years of age. We are committed to compliance with applicable children's privacy laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

• Guardian permission features are available to give parents visibility and oversight of their child's account.
• We do not display targeted advertising to any user.
• Parents or guardians who believe their child's information has been collected without consent should contact us immediately. We will delete the information promptly.
