ACCOUNT DELETION
You have the right to delete your GSA Sports Life account and request removal of your associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to do that.
METHOD 1 — DELETE IN THE APP
The primary way to delete your account is directly inside the GSA Sports Life native app.
Open the GSA Sports Life app on your device
Go to your Profile
Tap Settings
Select Account
Tap Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps
Note: The exact menu path may vary based on the version of the app you have installed. If you cannot locate the deletion option, use Method 2 below. The app deletion flow is the definitive source of truth — these instructions will be updated when confirmed from the current app version.
METHOD 2 — EMAIL REQUEST
If you cannot access the app or prefer to submit a deletion request by email, contact us at:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
WHAT GETS DELETED
✓ Deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your athlete/coach profile
- Your posts, videos, and photos
- Your comments and likes
- Your direct messages
- Your follow relationships
- Your personal information
⚠ May be retained
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics
- Records required by law or for fraud prevention
- Content shared publicly that others may have copied
This action is permanent
Account deletion cannot be undone. All your highlights, profile data, and content will be permanently removed. If you want to take a break instead, consider deactivating your account temporarily from within the app.
